Before your first move.
What is Agilist’s learning focus?
Agilist focuses on learning how to run, manage and prioritise AI projects and initiatives. Workshops use business simulation, guided AI scenarios and reflection to explore those decisions.
Does the physical game include AI-specific mechanics?
The current game is a business simulation involving products, teams, finances and iterations. AI project topics are developed through the workshop scenarios and discussion around that experience.
Is this a course in coding or training AI models?
The emphasis is on initiative selection, project management, leadership and business value. It helps participants discuss AI work from a management perspective.
What is the goal of the game?
The goal is to finish with the highest profit at the end of the final iteration. The game has a maximum of 20 iterations.
How is the game different from a workshop?
The box is the physical game. A workshop adds a facilitated learning experience, with discussion and a certificate of completion.
How long is a workshop?
The current half-day format is four hours. The full-day format is eight hours. The trainer package also lists eight hours.
Where can I get the official rules?
Contact Smart Consulting Agency for the current rulebook and quick-start materials for your edition. This website’s reflection worksheet is not a replacement for the official rules.
